Black Belt expert and former fashion model Victor Webster, who can be seen in American Movie Classic's new serial The Lot, is probably best known for portraying Nicholas Alamain on the soaper Days of Our Lives.  The amateur kickboxer, who has also starred in the USA movie The Chippendales Murder, and in Universal's futuristic action film Gangland, explains why he takes precautions except when it comes to fast cars.

I'm feeling the need to educate myself, take precautions, and not pariticipate in reckless sexual activities.

Yes, many.  Shiatsu, yoga.  Reiki, meditation, visualization, homeopathy, reflexology, and massage.  I have spent many years in the martial arts and believe strongly in the power of the mind.
